About the Service

Project Cryonode is a free, community-based project made for fun and learning. The service is provided as is, with no guarantees.

This project is self-hosted on limited hardware. Downtime, restarts, slow performance, or temporary data loss may occur.

Free Service

Project Cryonode is completely free to use. We do not charge for accounts, features, or access.

Because this is a free service, we do not guarantee uptime, support, or compensation of any kind.

Security & Risk

We make a reasonable effort to keep the site secure, but no online service is fully secure.

If the site is hacked, goes offline, or loses data, we are not responsible for any resulting losses. You use the service at your own risk.

Automation, Crawling & AI Use

Automated access to Project Cryonode is not permitted without explicit permission. This includes web scraping, crawling, data harvesting, or similar activity.

Our code, content, and services may not be used for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models without permission.

Conduct

Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior toward staff or users will not be tolerated.

This includes, but is not limited to, hate messages or death threats. Severe or repeated behavior may result in permanent bans or the service being restricted or made private.

Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users at any time for rule-breaking or abuse.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 15 years old to use Project Cryonode. If you are under 15, do not create an account or ask me for one.

Shared Infrastructure

Many Project Cryonode services run on shared, self-hosted infrastructure. Abuse of one service may impact others.

We reserve the right to restrict or disable access to protect system stability.

No Service Level Agreement

Project Cryonode does not provide a service level agreement (SLA). Response times, fixes, and support are not guaranteed.

Infrastructure Abuse

Project Cryonode operates on very limited, self-hosted hardware.

Any attempts to exploit, overload, stress test, scrape, or intentionally disrupt our infrastructure are not permitted.

Because of these limitations, abuse of any kind may result in immediate and permanent access restrictions across all Project Cryonode services.

Respect for Boundaries

Please respect personal and project boundaries. Do not attempt to contact staff through unrelated platforms or seek private information.

No Representation

Users may not claim to represent, speak for, or act on behalf of Project Cryonode.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
